I have been extremely happy with the business relationship I have formed with Computer Specialists. At the end of 2005 I was in a position that our company had to upgrade our entire computer system. I have always liked to keep business in the local area and decided to purchase our new server and seven new workstations from Computer Specialists I could have saved money by going with Dell or Gateway, but the service I received from Matt, Christina and their head service technician, Darin far exceeded any extra cost. The installation of our new system went extremely well and Darin even helped me to install our new accounting software and get it up and running. After the storm of July 19, 2006, Matt, Christina and Darin were very helpful in getting our system up and running at a temporary location while the damage to our retail store was repaired. Service calls are always quick and on schedule. Any problems I have encountered have always been solved quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Computer Specialist also host our web site and provides our DSL service. We have experienced very little problems with our internet service through CSI and are very satisfied.
